Health Interests
The Midlife Gals do what we call yoga for normals, and we walk through our neighborhood on alternate days...oftentimes stopping to applaud in front of the houses that we particularly appreciate. We swim in the summer too, but cover up as much as possible...at this age, are you kidding?
Drugs I am Taking
oh Gosh...none of the drugs we took back in the day, we can tell you that. Whatever drugs we're taking now are ones that counteract all the ones we took just to have fun!
About Me
We are laughing about any and every health interest. Keeping a'breast' of all things healthy and pish-poshing anything that isn't! My sister and I are caregiving The Ancient One and our memory losses are worse than hers!
We've got our bad habits, but our granny lived to be 101 so we think we're bulletproof at this point. Please don't burst our bubble!
