    Thanks for sharing your story with all and providing a step by step approach towards quitting smoking,i beleive that it mst be helpful for all who juast even have a desire of quitting,my fiancee smoke for the last 3 years n nw wants to quit that habit,i will definitly work with him on your provided plan then will share my story with you as well,wish me luck

    I wish your finance much success - he is very lucky to have you in his life to support him in his attempt to quit smoking. Just remember, the desire has to come from within him - he has to quit for himself or it just won't stick. But even if he relapses, he can keep trying and trying and one day it will stick. Just don't either of you give up!!
