i am now on day seven using 14mg patches i only went to the doctor about smoking on tuesday last and by thursday i had stopped and have not smoked a single cigarette since not even a puff it feels good and also i thought it would have been harder but i have not gave it a second thought i was a 20 a day smoker and i am certainly eating alot more rubbish another week and i will start jogging though to try keep weight off my advice keep busy and do a bit of excercise each day the thought of putting a cigarette to my mouth is starting to repulse me , and if i can do this with ease so can anyone i think people always find an excuse to smoke its not a good time to stop sure when is a good time i didnt even think i wanted to stop but i have with easeso far anyway all the best try it

Avoiding stress...even if its your husband. ITS TRUE....WORKS FOR ME. I thought I was the only one thinking that way. But he does stress me out and I told him I just cannot deal with him right now (first week of quitting). I also try not talking to him just yet. sad but true.
