Please ask yourself a question; this is a crucial query concerning chances of success in stopping smoking: Do you have a strong desire to stop; to free yourself from cigarette-after-cigarette? Has your slavery to smokes become a real drag? Are you at a point - no matter how you've arrived -...

I don't know if it's my computer or me but I cannot  read   "read more"   extended part of your blog.   I can only read until  ...drag?   Are....!    Do I have a strong desire to smoke smoking?   UNfortunately No.  I answer YES to all your other questions.   I smoke 2-3 cigs. a day & have for since Oct. 26th.   Ironic but I hate/love them, I'm tired of this!!!!!                        journeyfawn

Morning/.....  Jim!   This computer world is UNknown to me so hang in there w/ me ESP. w/ my quit!   Eventually I'll figure out how to send you personal p.m.'s.

In answering some of your questions:   (Strong desire?)   I believe my desire is pretty strong though over past 6 months w/ my quitTING I've misplaced some of my drive.   (Free self from cig. after cig.?)   By the grace of time gone by(????),  I know longer smoke cig. after cig. BUT the thought is w/n my nawgin too too much.   (Reach out, for self, no matter what?)   IF I FEEL RIDICULED, JUDGED OR PUT-U-PON OF ANOTHER'S WAY TO QUIT OR CRITICISED AS HAS HAPPENED IN A FEW GROUPS I  'HAD' JOINED I will UNfortunately pack up thoughts & continue down road w/ my QUIT.   (Desire paramount?)   My quit IS a separate issue of ALL else UNfortunately so is my (-) 2 cigs..   I will never be TOTALLY ready to quit!   I AM AS READY AS I WILL EVER BE!!!      P.S.   Waiting to be totally ready to quit smoking, that's like asking someone before they sign relinquishment papers/adoption papers  "Are you ready to sign?"
