I think smoking is very dangerous to your health and should not be allowed in the white house and should be a requirement that a person cannot be President and serve as President. I do not smoke but believe alcohol is even worse that tobacco. I have seen many people broght in the hospital with smoking problems and many that left for the funeral home, but I have seen many more leave going to the funeral home and often cause sever to die with them. We should make it as hard to buy alcohol as cigarettes and outlaw it in our government buildings. It is hypocritical to criticize tobacco by alcolhol drinkers. Let get rid of it all or tax it where they will quit.

I know about smoking. I smoked for thirty years. I remember when I ran my company and I had hard decisions to make, we were a military contractor and it is a dog eat dog world. I found that most of my decision making was in my quiet time when I would take a break to smoke a cigarette. Most of the time I couldn't really make a tough decision until I had that cigarette.

Now that I have a relationship with Jesus I realize it is bondage. If you can't quit by setting your face like a flint and just say know, you need spiritual help and prayer. I am concerned about Obama's smoking because of the stress that it takes to run anything especially a country. Smoking has been a spiritual attack on us since they started handing out cartons in WW1 and 2. It is a generational curse to cause us to run to a cigarette for comfort and consoling ideas. Since smoking is a vise not caused by God but by Satan many ideas could be in the wrong counsel while smoking. It is like the little devil on one side and the angel on the other.

We should pray for this president whether we voted for him or not. Because once we are not one nation under God, then we will be one nation under a principality. There is no middle. Blessed is the Nation that serves God and blesses Israel. Cursed be the Nation that divides my land saids the Lord.

Chantix works very well. Both my brother and I quit on chantix. However you must keep taking it. I like it because for the most part I forget about cigarretts and how can you stand your ground on a decision if you are being pestered by your mind saying I want a cigarette I can't deal with this now until I have a cigarette.

I back slid when I ran out of the chantix and other people were smoking around me. But if he inquires on the Lord and makes a decision and has a will to quit I believe that chantix will help him and if he callls on the Lord the Lord will help him but I would say that Obama needs to please the Lord and ask his advise and not compromise with values and morals at all or we will be like Sodom and Gommora

Smoking should be banned, its dangerous and wrecks that lovely new car smell. It would be unfair for smokers to ban it tomorrow. Give them 6 months notice and they will be fine. They will love it
