Two weeks smoke free

Today I woke up and realized that I did not have a cigarette for two weeks.  The lozenges are a big help for me, and any cravings I get, are easily walked off.  I am able to walk a lttle bit faster without getting out of breath.  On Monday, I am going to extend my walks to 45 minutes; 30 minutes now.  My... Read moreChevron

How I Finally Quit Smoking

I was a smoker for over 25 years. I smoked about a pack a day and maybe inhaled another pack when I went out drinking. I started smoking when I was 15 years old.
