Being Mindful & Going to Quit Gradually

I'm trying something new. I've tried quitting several times cold turkey with the patch and gum - and have failed - and am not ready to resort to prescription meds YET. I've done some online research and think I'm going to try the product Linkman - it supposed to gradually wean you off cigarettes - maybe not quitting cold turkey will work for me.
