I am back.  I have been off-line since Tuesday. But now all is fixed.   22 Days smoke free. Two weeks smoke free

    Today I woke up and realized that I did not have a cigarette for two weeks.  The lozenges are a big help for me, and any cravings I get, are easily walked off.  I am able to walk a lttle bit faster without getting out of breath.  On Monday, I am going to extend my walks to 45 minutes; 30 minutes now.  My... Read moreChevron

11 Days Smoke Free!!!
