I wish to quit, but haven't the total committment. I'm in the early stages of copd and use a nebulizer on bad days. Any helpful tips?

If anyone has any helpful tips to help fight the cravings....please share. I am actually doing well on cutting back and hope to be smoke free by April 17th. I find the Thrive gum works well as does sucking on mint candies.

Actor Paul Newman Dies at 83 after Battle with Lung Cancer
