Madison... I'm not sure what you're getting at with this question, so it's hard for me to answer. So much will depend on where you are in your stage of development with COPD, what kind of treatment you have, other existing health conditions, etc.
Basically, I would say let your body speak to you about what it is able to do. If you pace yourself and pay attention to your body's signals, you should be able to continue to live a full, fairly active life.
But discuss your concerns with your doctor, if you have them.
