Monday, June 15, 2009 Judy asks

Q: I feel miserable. Parts of my body are hurting that have not hurt in years.

I have had cramps in my lower stomach that hurts to even turn over in bed.  My nerves are worse and my blood pressure has been high.  I am sleepy all the time during the day, do not sleep well at night.  Had been having plenty of energy before cutting down on smoking now hardly any energy at all.  Having occasional chills, pains in parts of my body that have not hurt for years, is this usual?
