Could I really have MS?

I had a car accident in 1990 (I was 30 yrs old) and the CT showed lesions in my brain like those consistent with MS.  I didn't think much of it because I had no symptoms except headaches.  Now I am 49 and had an MRI a year ago.  The report said the same, lesions (white matter?)…
