My sister doesnt want anyone to change her lifestyle, she continues to smoke, and drink, even with her medications.  We are called to come every time she is found semi-conscience, and being taken to the hospital it has been four trips now to her home which is a 11 hour trip for me one way,  in the last month!  We dont know how to help and what kind of help is available.  We cant be there all the time to monitor what she is doing and if she is getting enopugh oxygen or taking her medicatio0ns correctly.  My 10 year old nephew found her un-responsive this last5 time.  He spends nights there at her home. I do not want him to find her dead,  or being traumatized any more than he has to be.  He lost his father our brother 3 years ago from a heart attack. I believe he had COPD also.  Please help me to know how to educate myself and family to help in the best way.  She is in Denial!
