my oxygen saturation level can start at 94 resting and drop to 88 during exercise is oxygen needed?

Hi there... Great question! Your doctor will be the one to make the final determination on whether oxygen is needed, based both on testing as well as a physical exam and knowledge of your health history and status. But as a general rule, oxygen is not prescribed unless the oxygen saturation level drops below 88%.
