Brian, hang in there. For me the hardest part of quitting was everyone reminding me I quit. Kind of like out of mind out of sight was better. I read an artical about crutches. The more I kept quitting smoking in the forthought of my mind the harder it was. I replaced the triggers for smoking with positive actions. I found that setting little rewards for my self, daily, weekly and monthly really gave me something to look forward to. Use the money you would spend on cigerettes for these rewards. Plan bigger rewards for the weekend and even bigger for the end of the month and so on.I  am one year this month and so, my reward is to purchase a Sportster. So far my biggest reward was unexpected and unplanned. The feeling I can do anything I want. After all. I quit smoking. A 40 year battle that I thought I cound never win. You can quit and you will win.
