In response to:

4 years used to drink all day 7 days a week but no smoke. Was unemployed lost my good job back in 2003. Today woriking. Only drink Thursdays and Fridays. But I smoke about pack sometimes more. We get like an hr lunch every hr, Every day at work. I'm worried about the smoking I'm 36 years old.
