The compnay is located in India and it is advertised on many web sites. I have been taking Spiriva for quite a few years and it puts me in the Medicare donut gap real quick . Right now Costco is $740/90 days, and Perscription Solutions ,the mail order house I must usef or AARP HMO is +$900 /90 days.
The Med Store has Tiova for $162 for 180 days.
Does it work,or is this a scam?

I really don't know anything about the company you've asked about. However, buying online from non-US sources can be dangerous. The med they sell you may not be pure or the same strength as what you are used to. You just might get what you pay for. I'd be very cautious.
