Hello, just been diagnosed stage IV

I don't know what to think, tell my adult children, how to feel, what to do.............anything. I'm stunned and prob in denial. I feel so deeply the fear from my husband. It hurts to see this. Banning Smoking in the Military

Come on give em a break already!!!! It's just more legilative behavior by the U.S. Govt. and our Celebrity President Obama. The road side bombs, the constant battles the endure daily. Thinking about it

Thinking about it is at least thinking about it and a step towards quitting and success. Anything you think about everyday helps inforce the idea so I'm not going to be discouraged about the times I've failed at quitting.
