Thinking about it

am trying to quit smoking but need support. There has not been a reason that has encouraged me enough to actually accept that I can do it. It is all so frustrating and I have tried everything through the years. Being Mindful & Going to Quit Gradually

I'm trying something new. I've tried quitting several times cold turkey with the patch and gum - and have failed - and am not ready to resort to prescription meds YET. I've done some online research and think I'm going to try the product Linkman - it supposed to gradually wean you off cigarettes - maybe not quitting cold turkey will work for me.

Any helpful tips?

If anyone has any helpful tips to help fight the cravings....please share. I am actually doing well on cutting back and hope to be smoke free by April 17th. I find the Thrive gum works well as does sucking on mint candies.
