Can You Tell If You Have Lung Cancer From Blood Work

Scientists say they may soon be able to diagnose lung cancer with a
simple blood test. Researchers studied 137 patients who had early
stage lung cancer as well as 91 healthy patients. They found that a
blood test was 87 percent accurate in determining who had cancer
and who did not. Study researchers that the test works by measuring
the genes found in immune system cells.
