Federal health regulators say e-cigarettes may contain as many cancer-causing toxins and nicotine as regular cigarettes. Officials from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has been warning consumers for some time about potential safety hazards from the devices--since e-cigarettes have not been submitted to the FDA for regulation and approval.
