Less invasive methods for determining how far lung cancer has
spread may be more effective than traditional invasive methods,
some experts believe. Lung cancer patients usually must undergo
surgery to determine if the cancer has spread to the lymph nodes.
But some less invasive procedures--such as a combination of two
