    Thank you for that word.  While I recall vaguely seeing it early on in my diagnosis, the general diagnosis prevailed in my head far too long -- clinical depression.  That is not what I feel I have.  Dysthymia clarifies it!  Thank you for allowing me to not feel like I am marred beyond repair as the definition for clinical depression and insurance companies feel.  Your input comes at a time when I need the renewal and refreshment of hope, thank you!
