I hope you have a good therapist and people to talk to. Try to be good to yourself when you have the energy! I wish I could say something more helpful. Just keep trying to make things better... Best wishes, Peter

    Hi Cat,

You will find support on bipolarConnect.com. There are a lot of people there with similar experiences and there is a lot of great information and articles on dealing with BP. My partner has BP and I have unipolar depression( under control thankfully). Check out the site and don't give up trying to be well. www. facingus has some wellness ideas but make sure you have the best mood specialist you can find. Best wishes Rusty

Sorry to hear you are so down.  I have been there to.  (More downs than ups)  The only thing I can suggest is reading a good book.  Some subject that you like.  Sometimes it was slow going (reading) but I do it and it helps take your mind off things.

    Good luck.

I played golf in my house and my doctor said we can fix the house.  Sometimes life is cruel, maybe it doesn't mean anything more but you had a nervous breakdown.  It takes years, ease up on yourself.... Although I found out when I flipped out I was not the problem, meaning life is not always kind, we are closer to the atmosphere... Give it time!
