To everyone who has sent a comment, thank you it's nice not to feel alone in this.
Some of your suggestion were of great use, and help me look again at the situation. I hope you are all keeping well and I will keep on reportng on my wonderful daughter's progress. It been a fairly good week so far not as many tantrum's from either of us! Does any one have a opinion on medcation it's a tablet called concerta xl. Anything I've read is pure medical do you or anyone else have a child with ADHD trying it? Not sure i like idea of using it, on the fence about this one.
