I see some definite patterns and themes to your writing...that some *thing* comes and robs you of feeling and leaves you numb. Is that how your depression feels right now? What would it feel like to feel all the feelings inside you? Do you feel that they would be too intense?
And you are definitely worthy of breathing and of living and surviving. We will try our best to help you to thaw out and begin to feel again.
