the clod makes me feel numb, it tells me there are worst times ahead ,so the cold freezes to me skin , my skin goes numb , I feel nothing, my heart stops feeling its ice cold, I become so numb ,I dont know who I am. The cold mess with my mind, telling me Im not worthy of breathing.

I see some definite patterns and themes to your writing...that some *thing* comes and robs you of feeling and leaves you numb. Is that how your depression feels right now? What would it feel like to feel all the feelings inside you? Do you feel that they would be too intense?
