HiSmile Celexa at 20 mg has been helping me for my depression for quite a long time...it does take a few weeks to build up in your system, so be patient, i guess, if you've just started it. Also, i take Buspar, 15mg tablet three times a day for a total of 45 mg per day...you can go up to 60mg or 15mg tab four times a day...for anti-anxiety treatment. This may help with your panic attacks. It has helped me relieve mine and calms my anxiety completely. God bless you! Also, Buspar requires a few weeks to build up in your system, too!

I am really glad that these meds are working for you.  I love it when people share their success stories.  Were there any side effects to these medications?  What does it feel like to be on these meds?  Can you tell us...details of before and after with your moods and anxiety?

Thanks again for your sharepost....I hope you write more on the site!
