Like I said, I don't think many people will believe this, and I also do not know if it will work for everyone. My dad had to guide me through it, but he felt them leave at the same time I did.
One last thing. Whether you think you've managed to get rid of them or not, clear your mind again and look for the good spirits. Ask them if they have anything to give you, or to tell you. This can be peace, love, or anything. And then never forget. The evil spirits will try to come back in many forms. Fear, anger, hate, depression. They'll try to get you again. But you know that you're stronger than them, and you can give those feelings right back. They can't force you to feel that way. They're weak and cowardly. They'll try to get you at your weakest moments, but you can't let them in. You show them who's boss.
I know that there is a God, and He lives. He wants us to be happy, and if we call on Him in our times of need, He will help us. But we must have faith, and really believe that we have the power to overcome. It's a life-long process...and a life-long skill. But it is so worth it. I can promise you that.
If any of you ever want to vent or have any questions, I'm still here. I'm open to comments. I have been through it and I can understand how you're feeling. If you don't believe in the religious stuff, that's fine...I won't bring it up. I have found other ways to cope with it. I want to help, and I'll do everything I can. There's always hope.
