I think I like your number nine the best. How about with a $19.95 book on positive thinking? LOL I think the forced positivity movement gets me the most angry. It carries over into all disorders...mental and physical...as if we can smile away mental illness or disease. Give me a break.
This list is hopeful...especially the part about...depression is treatable. One does not have to remain in this state forever. But when you are in the thick of it...that is exactly what you think.
