    Thanks Deb! I think a lot of times we forget to take care of ourselves, and even the simple things that we can do go a long way to make us feel better... Self-soothing is one of the units in the DBT group I'm doing right now, and it does feel good to do things just for the reason that they make us feel good! ************************************************** Hi Mandy, Agreed - sometimes the most effective things can be the simplest. I'm always amazed at what a difference one flower in a vase on my desk can make. We really need to remember the soul as well as the body in our recoveries. Thank you for reading! Deborah
