Please excuse me while I rant. It's 1:30am and I've given up on being able to get to sleep. I have insomnia for the third night in a row. I have insomnia a few times a year. Usually my mind just gets started and I can't slow it down enough to sleep. I think that happens to alm...

When I started taking Zoloft again I was using one pharmacy and they gave me Zoloft.  Then I moved and switched pharmacies and they asked if they could give generics trying to save money I said yes.  I noticed the differance right away I started having panic attacks again, I got moody and irritable. This lasted for about a month and a half now I'm back to how I was before I switched to generics. It really sucked though while I was adjusting to the change my insominia also kicked back in and when it wasn't going all I wanted to do was sleep.

I've had problems with generics in the past, as have a lot of people I know, including one person who takes medicine to control her epilepsy. It seems that testing and quality control are just not strict enough.

hmmm... Let me get this strait. You've been taking anti-depressants for 10 yrs. In these 10 yrs they've made your teeth rot, they've made you pass out, have cotton mouth, and gain weight. That sounds depressing by itself. Sounds to me like you need to lay off the "anti" depressants and go find a hobby, start something new, get a K9 companion, or meditate instead of medicate. A bigger pill doesn't always solve lifes problems.
