     Snowball Fight I know this must be ture. I have had trouble sleeping at night for a long time now and I never though to see if this my becausing my depression or making seem that way.  Thank you for sharing this with us Deborah.

    Hi Debra,

    F.Y.I.

    I just had to mention this, I had 3 psychotic breakdowns due in part to sleep deprivation. I am bipolar with psychotic features.
