One comment that stood out the most to me was, "I've had my share of mediocre and/or unpleasant bosses over the years, but one stands out as being truly hazardous to my mental health, and that of a co-worker." This was so true in my situation. A friend of mine handed me a wonderful book on

, called "Dealing With Divas". I was skeptical at first, but the author, Shelly Anderson, really knew her stuff. I learned how to start taking a more positive approach with specifically hard to get along with people. I learned how to work towards achieving my ideal work enviornment. :)   Hope this helps!

I've worked for this guy for a little over a year and he's not the first abusive boss I've worked for but he is the first that has made me seriously think about suicide. I've spent the last month being suicidal.
