    One comment that stood out the most to me was, "I've had my share of mediocre and/or unpleasant bosses over the years, but one stands out as being truly hazardous to my mental health, and that of a co-worker." This was so true in my situation. A friend of mine handed me a wonderful book on

    , called "Dealing With Divas". I was skeptical at first, but the author, Shelly Anderson, really knew her stuff. I learned how to start taking a more positive approach with specifically hard to get along with people. I learned how to work towards achieving my ideal work enviornment. :)   Hope this helps!
