    Hi, I would like to thank you for this post because it really helped me a lot. I'm a student nurse whose been assigned to a patient with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder with psychotic features. It's quite ironic though because I, myself, am depressive. I thought talking to her would be easier since I thought we'd be feeling alike but it was all different. I didn't go on duty today because I felt depressed for feeling inadequate for my patient, who gave no response. Now that I've read your posts, I'm better prepared for tomorrow. Again, thank you very much.
