Hi Deborah!

 

I didn't know this that summer can cause the blues as well.  I actually loathe summer now because of my Multiple Sclerosis...I have the worst heat related symptoms.  And basically a lot of summer days...I mostly stay inside because it is too hot out.  My favorite season is fall...I haven't noticed for myself...getting sad by the seasons.  But an awful lot of people do.

 

Here is something else to investigate...it seems a lot of people report feeling sad in the mornings.  Wonder what is up with that? 

 

Anyways...hope you are doing well.  Summer is almost over...it has gone by way too fast!

Deborah, I have always had the "Hot blues"  I dont think I even like the word in hot places. aaggrivates me. my husband is an air conditioning master thank God.  Kelti
