    Hi there Deborah.

     

    I find all these things work whilst I'm taking my medication, but not without them. Thats why I'm scared to come off them.

    I'm all for sticking with the medication until you feel you don't need it anymore. But it's definitely a good idea at the same time you're on medication/therapy/both to start making changes that will help keep the attacks from being triggered. I think it will add an extra measure of control over the situation, which is definitely beneficial.
