Ain't no sunshine when she's gone

and she's always gone so long...anytime she's away. Ain't no sunshine when she's gone, and this house just ain't no home. Ain't no sunshine when she's gone.  Only darkness every day.

Hi Claire,

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved ones. Your grief is obviously acute. Try just to find one good thing about each day and as you go to bed at night focus on that. Have you had some Cognitive therapy. It wa really helpful for me to turn around sad and negative thinking and learn to get my mind back on positive things. The only thing I can say about grief is that it gets better over time.Try to focus on the living. There are many people you can help on this site which will make you less lonely. We have all suffered Major depression and it can and will get better with your determination. There is a website www.facing.us.com which has some wellness tools for mood disorders and an online cognitive therapy site called moodGym. These sites are free and interactive. Start to make some little changes to climb out of this dark place...you can do it!You have lots of angels watching over you and helping you. Rusty
