Hello Holly, I agree with Dee you really don't want to wait till Dec. if you are already feeling a bit overwhelmed. This time of year you not only have to deal with stress for work but also holiday season stress.
My roommate is in high school and doing a report on depression today we were talking about it and I was like hey I got some stuff from when I was in the hospital so I went up and got it and I was on 150 mg while in the hospital and then 100mg after so I think that might be why I can tell its working just not as good as before. I'm not taking as much. I'm feeling good right now got a chance to have a mini vacation because of the way my schuedle has worked out so which has helped also work is trying to help me again as I got honest and said I was having issues I never thought I'd find a job so understanding expectially when for the most part thier not but hey I'll take it. I'm going to wait till I get paid as I don't have the money just now to go to the dr. and see what is up then.
Hi Holly,
My name is Dee. I am a fellow Zoloft user. I've been on it for about 3 years with great results until recently. I went up to the max dose of 200mg within the first year before my symptoms went away totally but I have a combo diagnosis of depression & anxiety disorder.
If I were you I would talk to my doc ASAP about bumping up your dose & maybe look into some meditation or stress managment tools. Take care of yourself.
Peace & Love,
Dee
