Panic Attack

By hollymlb Monday, October 22, 2007
Yestarday at work I had a panic attack it was a fairly bad one.  Anyway I wasn't the only manager there but we were busy but once we slowed down I told the other manager and her reaction was oh its cause your working with me...haha.  Did she say hey go calm down or I'll take your spot so you can step off the floor for a minute...nope not at all acted like it was a joke I was shaking so bad I could hardly keep ahold of anything and she was laughing about it.  It totatally ****** me off.  She flipped out about having 5 customers on front counter and 4 cars in drive thru with more than enough crew to deal with it to the piont I had to clock in early...but when I was actually having a serious problem its a laughing matter that she basically ignored.  Now once she stopped trying to run my shift and I got things back on track the rest of the night went great we had like a 15 minute close!  Honestly more times than not I wish I didn't have the second manager cause well most don't realize that I have certian things I have to get done and I have a way of doing it that for the most part works. I'm not saying they don't know what has to be done cause they do but the crew and I have a system and well other managers just tend to throw wrenches into it.  I got to work thinking that certain breaks would be done and so before supper rush I could get certain ones done nope she forgot! UUGGHHH I know it happens I've done it but it threw off everything.
