      <description>This seems like such a small thing but from time to time I will forget to take
an antidepressant or some other med and before you know it my mood drops and I'm wondering why&amp;nbsp; Such a simple thing makes so much difference- how many times I've learned this lesson or you will feel better and think I can take less or leave this med off, wrong again---take your meds as prescribed til your dr changes them</description>
