About Me

I've been diagnosed with depression for less than a year but I've been dealing with it for many years. I'm currently engaged in a long distance relationship, which is very hard. I have no children, but a cat and dog that keep me very entertained. I think having my pets has helped my depression because whenever I feel like the world is against me, they still show love. I'm here to meet friends and share knowledge and experiences with those who are also living with depression. I believe you truly don't know what depression is like until you have been there.
