with the right understanding tools tactics strategies mind excercises deppression can be a thing of the past. what is deppression its a negative state that grow from a single thought that used the law of attraction and it added unto itself more negative thoughts. thoughts are the unseen guide to action its important what you say to others but more important what you say to yourself this may be called mantras or affirmations. repeat daily for 28 days the time it takes to install a new habit things like i choose to be at peace never say i dont want to feel bad because the subconsciouse is a litteral mechanism it dont understand words like i mine dont etc. looks who study others become wise those who look within become enlightened. do not attach the label to you and going round saying im deppressed because your keeping it their you got to change your physiology try this walk tall deep breathly make goodb pictures in your head swing your arms do things that make you feel good discard your negative words and metaphores now your taking the first step on the path of self mastery in the morning give thanks for all you got this helps make you feel better for example thanks for my eyes for if i choose i can watch the sun come up thanks for my mouth so i can smile at every one i meet. many people are attached to possessions this is an illusion because for example ever had your hair cut new clothes or bought something on credit feels good the new feeling but a few days later that feeling wears off and the thing that made you feel good is now just a expensive something that give you pleasure but now pain its called the pain pleasure cycle. as in every cloud has a silver linen but every silver linen has a cloud chinese call it the yin yang 2 opposites of just one whole nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so look at water good and bad you can drownd in it and it takes life or if your dying of thirst and you drink it it gives life. but standing on a beach its just water. we are conditioned from a earlie age by familly friends the community teachers e.t.c its like their beliefs are our beliefs but question your beliefs start with a simple question like are these beliefs limiting my life progresss growth or are they making me stronger. we live in a belief driven universe and what is a belief it a notion an idea and a thought so my friend observe your thoughts like a cat watching a mouse whole watch but dont interfere as in here i am watching my thoughts just listening to them. we think roughly 60.000 thoughts a day 78 percent of them are negative you really do become what you think about the question you got to think about is whats your next thought going to be because we have the power to choose we may not be able to controll the weather but we can controll self because self is the ultimate it is the first thing we know as babies it is the last thing we know as a enlightened person that simply knows how to ride the good times with the bad my best advise is live in the moment for the moment. the chinese say you can buy a clock but you cannot buy time take care
