i had depression for 4yrs councilling didnt work for me the dr did his normall job and write me another  prescription for prozac i told me councillor that i felt the councilling wasnt working i expected him to say o well we will use this or do it that way i was shocked when the replie came back its not for every one leaving their walking home avoiding huge crowds i thought wow what do the people like me do if its not for everyone i wanted help and i remembered the saying self help i can only help myself no body can do it for me so i went to the librarys on my good days and read on my good days and 4yrs later i believe through a great understanding that i cant get depressed not now not ever when the 21st century came technology and things were making progress while councilling is lacking far behind. their is no such thing as a hopeless case and their is tools strategies out their to help you. yeah their is no two ppl the same look at it this way if their is 10 ppl in a room and you say who wants pizza maybe 2 you dont turn around and leave them out you find away you throw that rule book out the window and use your own inititive this is why we have a variety of food shops such as fish and chips chinese burger king etc etc then every one is happy and gets fed. i have no phds or qualificataions etc but i know how to help people maybe i should invent a 21st century councilling. i believe depression of all types could become a thing of the past. thank you for taking the time to listen to my views. tony
