so i have been doing sort of an online diary but dont think many people got it.. its not easy cause i live in a very sheltered community and depression is a hush word.. my stint in a clinic was a 'conference'.. and even now its as though it never happened.. its almost 1am and just cant sleep.. sleep patterns are all messed again... tried going off the meds but that wasnt successful ..given the screaming in a busy road during peak hour pedestrian traffic for no apparent reason.. the story is an abusive marriage.. i just crashed.. what happened shook me so badly cause he was someone i trusted .. clearly as we were married.. but being around someone so evil so calculated so manipulative made me feel sick.. waiting patiently for the day that he is no longer a trigger...
since the divorce.. the blessing... my business has expanded.. my hair feels better (its a girly thing).. choose friend smore carefully now.. being diagnosed was a wake up call to pay more attention to filtering out negative people and the effects that they have.. bought so many self help books.. and the one that stands out is 'ditch the bitch'.. really worked!
