Is there spring depression?
I've heard of the winter blues or seasonal depression in the winter. Is there such a thing a spring depression? I feel fine in the winter and summer, but every March or April for the past seven years I go through a period of depression. Is this just me or could there be another reason for my other seasonal spring depression?
