    Keep up the great work.  Turning the negatives into positives is a great way to overcome depression.  For example, I was severely depressed earlier this year because I didn't get the job I wanted, and also being backstabbed by someone who worked there.  After that, I thought "I'm glad I didn't get the job, as it would of made me more miserable!" 

     

    I must admit though, being in a negative environment (which I was for a time) only worsens your depression.  I am trying to be more positive, and so far so good.  It's awful when you aren't yourself. 

     

    Keep fighting the good fight!
