Thanks -- I didn't know there was a link between depression and the inflammatory process.  You mention DHA and Omega-3's as being helpful.  What about OTC anti-inflammatory meds like aspirin or ibuprophen or naproxen?  Do their drawbacks outweigh the good they might do, or am I totaly off track here?

Of course I am reading this with great interest as I have MS..which is an inflammatory disease as well as depression.  I will definitely investigate these supplements you mention.
