my dad is a senior who has had major heart surgery including a pig valve replacement and a bypass. with brain fog and depression, he was helped a lot when i placed him in a home and in addition to being provided 3 nutritious meals a day and regular activity and newspaper reading, i also asked them to give him regular supplementation that i provided of flaxseed, multivitamin, grape seed, revesterol and such in addition to his heart medication (which we were able to substantially reduce the dosage of). his smile and memory returned, and now is full of stamina and vitality.
