I am in such a dark spot right now and have recently had my meds changed.  I hate feeling this way and find it harder everyday to deal with it again.  I don't even know why I am writing this on here I just need to keep busy I guess.  Any ideas would be greatly accepted as to how to...

I can sympathize...I'm going through the same thing.  I've had it with the synthetic chemicals, so I'm trying the Kira brand of St. John' Wort. Until it kicks in, I'm exercising when I can, avoiding alcohol, and taking fish oil supplements.  (May sound silly, but there's evidence that it can work as an anti-depressant. Chocolate is good for the short term, too, if you really need a quick boost.)  Last, but not least, try watching comedy.  Watching Eddie Izzard on YouTube got me through the worst of my depression.

If all else fails, call someone you love and can lean on - don't try and handle it alone.  That just makes things worse.  Hope some of this helps.

It is so nice to know that I am not crazy, it is so hard to accept Depression as an illness and not a weakness I sure have to work on that!  Thank you for your comments and suggestions I have started to take vitamin D in addition to my other meds so hopefully things will start to get better soon.  Thanks again
